This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is intended to identify up to three (3) highly qualified teams capable of collaboratively developing and delivering City Welcome signs, neighborhood and community entry signs, City building monument signs, wayfinding and directional signage, and a full range of Parks and Recreation signage, including park identification signs, facility monument signs, trail and pathway markers, regulatory and informational signs, and interpretive or branding features within park facilities and open spaces. The City will utilize a Progressive Design-Build delivery method under which the selected team(s) will first be engaged to perform preliminary design, site analysis, stakeholder coordination, constructability review, cost modeling, and scheduling services. Final design development, fabrication, and construction pricing will be refined collaboratively with the City prior to authorization to proceed with construction. This approach is intended to promote transparency, cost control, constructability, and alignment of design intent with budgetary, operational, and maintenance constraints. The City reserves the right to modify or alter the following procurement schedule as needed. The City of Riviera Beach reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time and for any reason before the City Council awards a contract. In order to be deemed responsive and responsible to this solicitation, the Respondent must be registered to do business in the State of Florida and possess all required State, Federal, and Local licenses and certifications required to perform the services requested herein.
