Renovation of a stadium in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The owner, Kansas (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") is requesting sealed proposals from qualified HVAC contractors to provide labor, materials, parts, equipment, freight, hoisting, and all related services required to complete repairs and restoration of rooftop HVAC equipment This project includes mechanical replacement and restoration of original manufacturer equipment components on AAON rooftop units, as well as installation of a new Honeywell BACnet control system as described herein. Scope includes, but is not limited to: o All parts and equipment specified herein o Removal and replacement of defective or missing components o Freight, shipping, and delivery o Hoisting and rigging o Disposal of replaced components and materials per federal and state guidelines o Refrigerant recovery and recharge o Start-up, testing, commissioning, reporting, and final operational verification o Protection of all building and roof surfaces o Cleanup and removal of debris o Documentation and reporting required by the Owner The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all rooftop work areas, building interior areas, floors, walls, and walkways remain protected and free of damage.
