Ford County, Road & Bridge Division is requesting sealed bids for materials for the 2026 Asphalt Preservation Program. Three options are being entertained, depending on the location of production: OPTION A: Emulsion Oil (Plant Price) CRS-1HP 125,000.0 gallons (+/-) as per KDOT standard specifications, 1990 edition, section 1200, Sub-section 1202, 1206, and 1207. Price per gallon, Plant Price (Ford County will pick up). OPTION B: Emulsion Oil (Delivered Price) CRS-1HP 50,000.0 gallons (+/-) as per the same KDOT standards. Price per gallon, Delivered Price (delivered to various job sites in Ford County). OPTION C: Emulsion Oil CRS-1HP 175,000 gallons (+/-) as per the same KDOT standards. Price per gallon, Delivered Price (delivered to various job sites in Ford County by vendors outside a 50-mile radius of Dodge City, KS). Any freight charges or demurrages should be stated if separate from the product price. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Ford County Clerk’s Office at 100 Gunsmoke, 4th Floor, Dodge City, Kansas 67801, and must be labeled 'Road and Bridge Emulsion Oil Bid 2026.' Ford County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
