Renovation of a medical facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Work of this Contract comprises of an AHU Replacement at St. Boniface Hospital Albrechtsen Research Building, Winnipeg, MB. AHU-15 is located in mechanical room within interstitial space above the 3rd floor, access for construction will be through ceiling space above room R3032. New run around coil to be installed within exhaust ductwork to preheat incoming outdoor air complete with new pump, expansion tank, and glycol fill tank. Existing pump 'P-20' serving heating coil and exhaust fan 'EF-X' to be removed and replaced. Connect all controls to centralized Siemens control system.
