The City of Houston is seeking qualified bidders to provide construction services for the rehabilitation and repair of small-diameter waterlines, fire hydrants, and valves at designated locations throughout the city. All work must adhere to the specifications and scope as established by Houston Public Works. The contract will be managed as a Work Order Contract with a maximum contract price set before bid submission. An estimated construction budget of $15,000,000.00 applies. Bidders should note the MBE and WBE participation goals set at 15% and 8%, respectively. The City encourages participation in its Early Payment Discount Program for those vendors willing to offer discounts for early payment.
