General Requirements - FOB Destination - Installation Required - Insurance Required - Warranty Information Required Award Requirements - Reserve Rights to Award by Line Item The City is seeking a qualified vendor to Upgrade the Warren Conference Center by furnishing and installing the items listed on the Pricing Page. Installation locations will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting. These items include, but are not limited to, the following: o Extron wall mounted touch panel. o Inputs will be Room PC, Wireless, Front wall HDMI input & Side wall HDMI input. o Four (4) Room PTZ Cameras (one (1) in front of room and three (3) in rear. o Supply four (4) OWL cameras and five (5) portable cases. o Four (4) Speakers shall replace the current column speakers, in the same locations, utilizing existing wiring. o Disconnect wiring that leads to the podium and cap off the wiring (The City wishes to have the wiring available in the event it is needed in the future. o Disconnect the podium from the floor so it is free-standing. o Add and install casters to the podium so it is able to move freely across the conference room floor.
