Renovation of an educational facility in Warren, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility.

The project is for the design, purchase, and installation of an integrated Audio-Visual technology package for the new Lincoln High School Multipurpose room. The selected contractor is required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for a complete turnkey solution, including all work and installation for a fully operational system. Proposals must include design and installation services, identify if the vendor can conduct an acoustic study, and provide tiered AV solutions (good, better, best) outlining pros and limitations. All individuals working on-site must pass background checks. Installation partners, if used, must provide a Certificate of Liability and meet all compliance and background requirements. Bids must be submitted per the provided forms and must include all required attachments: proposal form, business reference, familial disclosure statement, Iran linked business affidavit, relevant legislation compliance, and bid bond/security check. Proposals must follow prevailing wage regulations and include a $50,000 owner's allowance in the pricing. Voluntary alternates are permitted and must be accompanied by supporting documentation. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and make the award in its best interest, not necessarily to the lowest bidder. All bid prices are firm for 180 days following bid opening and all submissions must be original, signed hard copies with required duplicates and electronic copy included in the package. No costs for preparing a proposal will be reimbursed by the district. All work must be performed according to the project schedule and requirements outlined in the provided documents and appendices.
