The work involves the supply of service line equipment for four elementary schools. Proposers must deliver quotations on equipment, materials, or supplies F.O.B. to the specified point of delivery, including packing, crating charges, and fuel surcharges. Materials must be delivered within a specified number of days following receipt of order. Proposals must comply strictly with requirements and specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts of proposals, split award by items, or accept the proposal that best serves its interests. Prices shall be quoted F.O.B. Delivered. Instructions to bidders include submitting proposals on the attached forms, returning two copies in a sealed envelope with the proposal title, due date, and time. Proposals must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the proposer and any board member, as well as a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act of 2012. Addenda, if any, will be issued no later than three days prior to the proposal receipt date; acknowledgment of these must be included in the response. Terms allowing a discount at time of payment (not less than 10 business days) will be given preference. The proposer agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant based on protected classes, and to take affirmative action ensuring fair treatment without regard to protected categories. No proposal will be considered unless submitted on required forms. A proposal bond will not be required.
