Clark Construction Company is accepting bids for the Fitzgerald Public Schools - BP26-2, Summer 2026 Renovations. Bid Categories include: Demolition, Concrete, General Trades, Metal Studs, Gypboard & Acoustic Ceilings, Flooring & Hard Tile, HVAC & Plumbing, Electrical, Earthwork & Utilities - Ball Fields, and Fencing. Sealed Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected or delivered to the address provided. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check, a sworn and notarized criminal background affidavit, a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the BOE or the Superintendent, a sworn and notarized Iran Disclosure Statement, and a copy of the State Project Registration for Contractor and any Subcontractors who intend to work on the project. The BOE will not accept any Bid that does not include these sworn and notarized disclosure statements.
