Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes rehabilitation and improvements to existing parking lots and pedestrian facilities at ten health facility sites within the Navajo Nation in Northeast New Mexico. Work consists of removing existing asphalt and concrete pavement, sidewalks, and curb and gutter; milling asphalt pavement; and constructing new asphalt concrete pavement, minor concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, and ADA/ABA-compliant parking and ramps. The scope also includes installation of new regulatory signs and implementation of a public information program. Construction must be closely coordinated with each health facility to minimize impacts to employees, patients, visitors, and deliveries, with work phased to maintain uninterrupted public access. The contractor may work on only two to three sites concurrently and must fully complete active locations before moving to additional sites. **Location:** Navajo Nation - Various health facility sites in Northeast New Mexico.
