The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department invites contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting for Structured Cabling and Installation Services. Contractors must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, vehicles and transportation services required for structured cabling and installation services under the Job Order Contracting Agreement. Services may be provided at any facility or property owned, operated, or maintained by the Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department. The total contract amount per contract will not exceed $3,000,000. Contractors, their employees, subcontractors, and/or suppliers must submit security clearance applications and undergo personal background checks prior to commencing any work in secured County facilities. Each entity in a Joint Venture must be separately qualified to bid. Pre-qualification requirements: - Complete answers to the pre-qualification questionnaire. - Information about current bonding capacity. - Notarized statement from a surety. - Most recent reviewed or audited financial statements with accompanying notes and supplemental information. - Current and active California Class C-7 (Low Voltage) or C-10 (Electrical) Contractor's license. - Only pre-qualified contractors eligible to participate in the bidding process. Pre-qualification packages must be submitted electronically via Opengov by the specified due date. Only pre-qualified contractors are eligible to bid.
