Renovation of a water / sewer project in Nambe Pueblo, New Mexico. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of two 25,000-gallon settlement tanks, one AdvanTex AX-MAX wastewater treatment system, 65 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sewer pipe, 80 linear feet of 2-inch sewer force main, 150 linear feet of 1-inch polyethylene water service line, one 1-inch service tee, one frost-free yard hydrant, a 10-foot by 10-foot concrete pad, one sanitary sewer drop manhole, a 180-foot by 14-foot gravel access road, 250 linear feet of buried electrical conduit and wire, and 600 linear feet of chain link fence with barbed wire and a vehicular access gate. The contractor shall install all necessary appurtenances and perform required disinfection procedures to place the water service line in full operational condition. All pipe, fittings, accessories, and installation product testing procedures shall conform to the latest version of Technical Provision Section 04 - Water Transmission and Distribution Mains. Location: Nambe, NM 87506, USA CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
