Reference Number 0000415743 Purchase Type Term: 04/21/2026 02:00 AM EDT - 04/20/2027 02:00 AM EDT The City of Lafayette ("City") is seeking statements of qualifications for a Program and Project Management ("PPM") firm with the necessary qualifications to serve as the primary team for all project management and bond program implementation services associated with the 2025 facility capital improvement bond program ("program"). The entire program consists of three capital facility projects intended to be constructed in two phases. This Request for Qualifications is soliciting services for the two projects included in the first phase of program implementation: Renovation and expansion of the existing Bob L. Burger Recreation Center, to include an approximately 30% increase in square footage and complete renovation of an aquatics complex and community programming space ($34,000,000); and Renovation and expansion of the existing City of Lafayette Service Center, to include a restructuring and renovation of the building's interior to improve efficiencies, enhance staff safety, and expand the building's fleet maintenance bays and storage facilities ($10,000,000).
