Sunbelt Fresh Water Supply District (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Oak Glen Water Line Replacement Phase II The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 7,600 LF of 8-inch and 6-inch water line including fire hydrants, gate valves, new service leads, and replacement of existing water meters. Key Map No. 413-E. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder must furnish PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS on the forms furnished with the PROPOSAL, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. All qualified bidders will be considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended by Executive Order 11375, and Supplemental in Department of Labor regulations 41 CFR part 60. The deadline to ask questions is 3/23/2026 10:00 AM CST Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing or online, Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Qualified Minority, Women and Disadvantaged, and Business Enterprise (M/W/ DBE) firms are invited to participate in the bidding process.
