Centralia Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to provide engineering, design and evaluation services for several key improvements at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Centralia reserves the right to amend terms of this Request For Proposal and Qualifications (RFP/Q) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP/Q at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. This contract will include the following projects: \b New Compost System/Building \b Outfall Alternatives Evaluation \b New WWTP Influent Screening Equipment \b New Aeration Basin Gates \b Influent Pump Station Forcemain Evaluation Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the categories outlined in the proposal submittal document.
