Centralia Public Works is requesting proposals from qualified civil engineering firms to provide engineering, design and evaluation services for several key improvements at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Centralia reserves the right to amend terms of this Request For Proposal and Qualifications (RFP/Q) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFP/Q at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses.
