Sealed bids are requested for the Town Hall Relocation & Alternate No.1 Vehicle Storage Building at 1618 Canal Ln, Georgetown, IN 47122. The Owner has contracted James L. Shireman Inc. as Construction Manager as Constructor. Separate sealed bids are sought for multiple trade packages including: Base Bid Renovation - Town Hall, Vehicle Storage Building - Relocation, Alternate #1 Aluminum Storefront Windows, Site Work, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, FRP, Concrete, Painting, Masonry Specialties, Drywall & Insulation, Floor Coverings, Painting, Blinds, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC Access Controls & Security Cameras - Verkada Products, and Electrical Access Controls & Security Cameras - Verkada Products. The Construction Manager as Constructor reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in accordance with Indiana law.
