Sealed bids are requested for HVAC replacement for the Council room at Sparta City Hall in Sparta, Wisconsin. Bids must be submitted to the City of Sparta, Attn. City Clerk. Bid materials are available for pickup at the Sparta City Hall Clerk's Office. The construction is to be completed by June 1, 2026. A bid bond is not required, but no bid may be withdrawn for fifteen days after the bid opening. The owner may require a Performance/Payment Bond and will pay the direct costs for bonding, which should not be included in the base bid amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
