.1 The following is an outline of the scope of work for this project. Tenderers are required to review all contract documents for a complete description of the scope of work at Rosedale Community Hub. .2 This contract includes a Building Addition: comprising of a new Child Care Facility at the East and West of the existing Community hub. The existing spaces renovated to suit Childcare programming and new vestibule connecting the existing Childcare to the new Childcare .3 This contract includes Community Hub Renovations: Work includes renovation of existing Community rooms into Childcare Activity rooms and support spaces. It also includes the renovation of Community Hub spaces and washroom facilities.(SPO1) .4 This contract is expected to be supplemented with associated Site Works: to be priced as a Change Order. Revise & grow existing outdoor Play Areas serving the Child Cares, new concrete walkway between the new entrance and, extend the existing North parking lot. .5 The scope of project is further described in the balance of the contract documents, including the drawings and specifications. .6 All construction activities associated with this project must be carefully scheduled with the Owner to allow continuous access. Work is to be carried out with minimal disruptions to the Occupants. Construction Phasing will be a critical planning activity with the Successful Bidder, as further outlined in Specification Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders and Drawing a1.10 Department Key Plan.
