The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) is requesting services for Maintenance and Annual Certification of Overhead Cranes, Hinged CL-415 Inspection Platforms, Electric/Hydraulic Elevating Loading Docks, Personal Retractable Lifelines, Moorings and Safety Lines and Aircraft Hangar Doors at six (6) MNR locations consisting of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario Timmins, Ontario Dryden, Ontario, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Garson, Ontario and Muskoka. Ontario. Directions to Site (from Sault Ste. Marie): follow Second Line West, turn left onto Airport Rd, turn right onto Dr Roberta Bondar Pkwy, turn right at second road (sign at road), turn left into MNRF Aviation Services Hangar Complex parking lot. Prospective Bidders or their designated representative may attend the optional site meeting to view drawings, documents, and inspect the hangar complex site. Background information regarding the number of items to be inspected, and the precise locations of those items. All attendees will be required to sign in upon arrival on the Ministry's sign-in sheet and indicate which prospective Supplier(s) he/she represents. All Bidders shall be deemed to have received any and all information that the mandatory site meeting might provide. A Submission submitted by a Bidder that did not have a representative present for the site meeting (as evidenced by the signature of the representative on the Ministry's sign-in sheet along with the name of the Supplier), shall be disqualified by the Ministry.
