PUC is requesting proposals from qualified powerline construction contractors capable of providing on-call electrical distribution construction and maintenance services under a three-year Master Services Agreement on a Time and Materials basis. The intent is to pre-qualify contractors and establish pre-approved labor, equipment, and service rates that may be used when work is required. Work will be assigned on an as-needed basis through individual Work Orders issued during the term of the agreement. Bids must be submitted online.
