Preventative and corrective maintenance for five water-cooled Trane CenTraVac chillers and associated refrigerant monitors installed in the Central Utility Building, including furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform all services required to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness. Work includes executing all tasks defined in the preventative maintenance program, diagnosing and repairing system issues as needed, and ensuring full compliance with the detailed requirements outlined in Exhibit 2, SOW (377865), Chiller PM Services. Location: Fermilab, Central Utility Building, Kirk Road & Pine Street, Batavia, IL 60510. The prospective offeror should examine and review the solicitation with care. Any prospective offeror desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must request it in writing by close of business (5:00 P.M. CST), March 20, 2026. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of a subcontract will not be binding. Any information given to a prospective offeror concerning a solicitation will be furnished promptly to all other prospective offerors as an amendment to the solicitation if that information is necessary for submitting proposals or if the lack of it would be prejudicial to other prospective offerors.
