It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish the lump sum price for the furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment and services required for furnishing a sand shed fabric storage building at the Wyoming Department of Transportation, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Questions concerning this bid should be posted to Online. WY DOT - Salt/Sand Fabric Storage Building Said work shall commence upon notice to proceed and will be completed by August 31, 2026. Manufacture, deliver, and construct approximately one (1) 40'x 60' Fabric Cover Building for Wyoming Department of Transportation to be used for Salt/Sand storage. Front of Buildings will be left completely open (contract will not include overhead door, fabric, or blocks on the front side). LOCATION Kemmerer Yard US 189 MP 38.07 SITE PREPERATION At the Kemmerer location contractor shall level, compact, and pave sites with 6" concrete pad. Concrete pad shall be 4500 PSI with Fiber. PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCKS Manufacture and deliver pre-cast interlocking concrete blocks and half blocks to assemble a 40'W X 60'L fabric covered salt sand storage shed on. Cover Buildings will be constructed on a 2'x2'x4' precast concrete block foundation with a finished height of 6'. Concrete blocks will be set by the contractor. Contractor shall deliver all material to site within 60 days of receiving the purchase order. Afton blocks shall be made level on existing pad with a minimum height of 6'.
