Agency anticipates the contracted Services will be phased as follows: _ Phase 1 - Corridor Planning (survey, right of way determination, draft environmental studies, conceptual design, cost estimates and related services for the 6.1 miles of trail from Fishermen's Bend through Mill City and the City of Gates to the Maples Rest Area) _ Phase 2 - Preliminary Engineering through Final Design (PS&E) of the portion of the trail segment above as chosen by the Agency limited to the available construction funding. Additional segments may be added if supplemental funding for construction is secured. Authorization of this phase is solely dependent on available funding. _ Phase 3 - Construction contract administration, construction engineering and inspection ("CA/CEI") for construction of the trail segments chosen for Phase 2. Authorization of this phase is solely dependent on available funding. Following Final Design, Agency may, at its discretion: (a) negotiate and amend the Contract to include all CA/CEI Services (or various elements), (b) complete various elements of construction oversight work with Agency's in-house staff, or (c) assign various elements of CA/CEI Phase to another consulting firm. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
