Site work for an educational facility in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Separate sealed proposals for Prime Contractors are invited for concrete walk replacement at B-Wing, at Monroe High School, 901 Herr Rd., Monroe, MI. 48161, File #26107, for Monroe Public Schools. Proposals are for all projects and complete, including all trades (Sub-Contractors and Suppliers), as the successful Contractor will be considered a Prime Contractor entering into a direct contract with the Owner. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the job site. Only bidders registered with the Architect will receive addendums and other project information. Bidders must submit proof of qualifications for pre-approval. Bids submitted by contractors who are not on the approved bidders list or do not meet pre-bid requirements will not be opened and will be returned. The proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond by an approved surety company in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted, payable to the Owner. Successful Contractor will be required to furnish performance, labor and material bonds if payments are issued prior to completion and/or the contract is $50,000.00 or more. All bidders must provide sworn and notarized familial disclosure statements and compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept the bid that will serve the best interests of the Owner. Question Deadline 04/08/2026 submit to the Architect a written request for interpretation which shall be delivered to the Architect at least (7) days before the opening of bids
