Description Swinerton is requesting bid pricing for the UCI 5000 Birch Dermatology project. Swinerton is competing for this project. The project includes tenant improvements for a non-OSHPD dermatology clinic and lobby space, including first floor lobby and second floor dermatology clinic. First floor scope includes a waiting area, reception area, a shell space, and an all-gender toilet room. Second floor scope includes 24 exam rooms, 15 MOHS laser rooms, two (2) imaging rooms, photo therapy room, sub wait, and support spaces. Swinerton is signatory to the carpenters union; therefore, all work/trades that are claimed by the carpenters union must be union. No other labor requirements apply to this project. Please Note the Following: Subcontractor proposals must be valid for 90 days. Subcontractors must carry all required insurance costs (information can be found under the General Documents folder). Subcontractors will be required to use Textura (information can be found under the General Documents folder).
