The City may not answer questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening Bids. The Engineer's Estimate is $11,700,000.00. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement is 10.00%. The objective of the project is to provide contingency-based as-needed replacement of sections of existing sewer pipelines on short notice at locations to be determined within the City and County of San Francisco. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. An electronic version of the bidding forms is available by request.
