The cost estimates for each contract are as follows: 2026-1- General/Mechanical: $11,800,000 2026-2 - HVAC: $550,000 2026-3 - Plumbing: $385,000 2026-4 - Electrical: $2,200,000 2026-5 - Pumpstations: $950,000 The project includes the construction of a new Treatment Building equipped with sequencing batch reactors, aerobic digesters, pumps, blowers, piping, wiring, and all necessary appurtenances. It also involves rehabilitation of the existing Control Building and sewage pump stations, construction of a new influent wet well, effluent aeration, and chemical storage facilities, as well as demolition of all decommissioned equipment and piping. The work is divided into Contracts for General/Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Pump Station Work. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid amount, and the successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each for 100% of the contract price. All contractors must comply with relevant federal, state, and local requirements, including Davis-Bacon Act Wage Rates, the Steel Products Procurement Act, American Iron and Steel provisions, Build America, Buy America Act, Public Works Employment Verifications Act, and federal regulations for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Bidders must have completed similar projects and submit a Qualifications Statement for both the prime contractor and all subcontractors.
