Manhattan Construction Company acting as Construction Manager for University Hospitals Authority & Trust, is accepting sealed bids for the OU Stephenson Cancer Center BP-03 Rebid. Sealed bids will be received online Bid Packages will be limited to: 01.05 - Construction Temp Power 07.04 - Roofing A non-mandatory Prebid Meeting will be held virtually. Login will be provided by clarification. The bidding process will be in compliance with the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid if the bid equals or exceeds $100,000. By this notice, all provisions of the act apply to this project and are incorporated into notice by reference. Upon receipt of an acceptable bid, the contract will be awarded within thirty days after the opening of bids and the written contract is executed within ten days thereafter.
