Site work for a civil project in Libertyville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of minor rehabilitation of the Adler Pool Lift Station and the Crawford House Lift Station, major rehabilitation of the Hollister Drive Lift Station, and the decommissioning of the Park Avenue Lift Station and replacement with a new gravity sewer system, including all associated appurtenances, site work, and restoration, as specified in the Contract Documents. The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site (1) Adler Pool Lift Station: 1500 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois (2) Crawford House Lift Station: 817 W. Lake Street, Libertyville, Illinois (3) Hollister Drive Lift Station: behind 1620 S. Milwaukee Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois (4) Park Avenue Lift Station / Gravity Sewer Replacement: Park Avenue, across from 803 E. Park Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois The project includes minor rehabilitation of the Adler Pool and Crawford House Lift Stations, major rehabilitation of the Hollister Drive Lift Station, and decommissioning of the Park Avenue Lift Station with replacement by a new gravity sewer system, including all associated appurtenances, site work, and restoration. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to ten percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds and meet all insurance requirements specified in the contract documents.
