The intent is to obtain competitive pricing for road material, including the delivery of a combination of 2" - 5" rock and stabilized road base delivered to William Beardall Tosohatchee WMA, per specifications. Only responsive and responsible contractors will be considered for award. Responsive bids must constitute a definite, firm, unqualified, and unconditional offer to meet all material terms, which include price, quantity, quality, or delivery, as well as terms clearly identified as mandatory. Submissions not complying or missing required signed forms, supplements, or having an incomplete Price Sheet may be considered nonresponsive. Responsible vendors are those with adequate financial ability, experience, resources, skills, capability, reliability, and business integrity. The Commission may use any available information to determine responsibility and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive minor irregularities. Bids must be sealed and constitute the final submission prior to the bid deadline, after which no further submissions will be considered. The bid number should be clearly marked on the envelope.
