For furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, and executing all work necessary for the replacement of three basketball courts at Bond Park (201 N. Oakhill Ave), Nantucket Park (1026 Nantucket Dr), and Loch Lomond Park (3501 Tennyson Dr) and a 230 ft section of 8-foot-wide paved path at Loch Lomond Park. The work includes removal of 8 basketball hoop poles, 1,575 SY of asphalt pavement removal, 500 CY of unclassified excavation, installation of 1,672 SY of geogrid type SR, 1,100 TON coarse aggregate, 460 TON fine aggregate, 205 TON 4LT asphalt pavement, 195 TON 5LT asphalt pavement, 2,150 LF of 2" white court markings, and final grading and restoration around pavement edges. For the Sanitary Landfill Maintenance & Storage Building, work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and completion of approximately 6,000 square feet of new construction at 525 Black Bridge Road, with alternate bids for additional outdoor covered storage space. Work involves bulk earthwork, other excavation/sitework, cast-in-place and reinforced concrete, precast concrete, metal fabrications, masonry, aluminum doors and windows, overhead section doors, trench drains, steel joist and decking, miscellaneous metal framing, hollow metal doors/frames, painting, EPDM roofing, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, site and utility work, and others.
