The City of Decatur is accepting sealed bids for grounds maintenance for its departments. Bids must include all costs associated with performing the work, as the City will not pay any amount above the quoted monthly price for labor, materials, equipment, or additional services. A $500.00 bid bond is required. Bidders must include three references with contact information. Bids must state delivery time, terms, and the validity period for prices (not less than 90 days). Contracts are for one year and may be renewed for up to two additional years if terms remain unchanged. The City reserves the right to award all or individual items listed.
