The Utica City School District will receive separate sealed bids to furnish materials and labor to complete alterations and additions at the Utica City School District Offices at 929 York St, Utica, NY. Bids shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following contracts: General Trades Construction, Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor, Electrical Contractor, and Plumbing Contractor.
