The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, tools, and materials necessary to renovate Building 230 for conversion into a consolidated Flying Training Squadron facility. The work includes replacing interior finishes, upgrading electrical fixtures, demolishing and constructing interior partition walls and doors, and performing required mechanical and plumbing work. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Concept Design Drawings, applicable Air Force requirements, and all referenced codes and standards to deliver a fully functional renovated facility. The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
