Aggregates including Asphalt, Gravel, Concrete, Sand, and Winter Salt WESC is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the supply and delivery of aggregates including asphalt, gravel, concrete, sand, and winter salt. These materials will be used for maintenance, repair, construction, and winter weather operations across facilities and properties managed by the participating entities. This bid proposal also includes pavement milling, pavement resurfacing, striping, full depth pavement restoration, concrete gutters, precast concrete structures, concrete curb, asphalt curb, adjustment of manhole frames and covers, and site restoration. The intent of this RFP is to establish one or more contracts with responsible vendors capable of providing high-quality materials at competitive pricing with reliable delivery services. A pre-bid conference will not be held, but when a bid is being submitted for a specific project, it may be mandatory to meet with the individual unit requesting the quote. A bid bond of at least 5% of the bid must accompany any quote given for any projects upon bids are submitted for a specific entity. The bidding company must also provide insurance documentation upon request from the unit requesting the bid. There are no guaranteed quantity or dollar amounts to be purchased against this bid.
