Proposals are requested for the supply and delivery of aggregates including asphalt, gravel, concrete, sand, and winter salt to be used for maintenance, repair, construction, and winter weather operations across facilities managed by participating entities. The bid also covers pavement milling, pavement resurfacing, striping, full depth pavement restoration, concrete gutters, precast concrete structures, concrete curb, asphalt curb, adjustment of manhole frames and covers, and site restoration. Vendors must properly and completely execute their proposals as indicated in the instructions to bidder. Bidders are required to provide a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid when submitting quotes for specific projects and provide insurance documentation upon request. Every bid must detail any deviations from the stated specifications. There are no guaranteed quantity or dollar amounts to be purchased. The intent is to establish contracts with responsible vendors for high-quality materials at competitive prices and with reliable delivery services. The Governing Board reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and waive any informality.
