The materials required include #57 Limestone, #67 Limestone, #411 Limestone, Cal #8 Stone, #8 Pea Gravel, #304, and Screened Asphalt Grinding. Each price must be quoted FOB Jefferson Township yard at 335 E Erie Street, Jefferson, OH. Companies submitting bids must have trucks available for timely delivery, and must submit proof of insurance and workers compensation. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope containing the full name of the person or company submitting the bid and be properly marked "Stone Quote" on the outside. The Township Trustees reserve the right to waive any and all informalities and the right to reject any and all bids.
