Reference Number 0000415909 Earth excavation. Cutting and filling of subgrade. Earthen embankments. Preparation of subgrade, including excavation and backfill, for buildings, structures, and foundations. Excavating and backfilling trenches for utilities and pits for buried utility structures. Preparing subgrades, including excavation and backfill, for slabs-on-grade, walks, pavements, turf and grasses, and plants. Excavation and removal of unsuitable bearing material. Soils and backfill materials consolidation and compaction. Grading outside building lines. Furnishing and placing earth and granular materials. Compaction and testing. Subsurface drainage backfill for walls and foundation/footing trenches. Subbase course for concrete walks and pavements. Removing from site excess and/or unsuitable fill. All other associated earthwork as necessary to perform the work under this Contract in conformance with the alignments, grades and detailed sections provided. Question Acceptance Deadline 03/30/2026 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Deposit in the Amount of: Five Percent (5%) of the Total Gross Sum Bid in the Form of a Bid Bond. Cash Will Not Be Accepted as a Deposit. Bid Deposits of All Unsuccessful Bidders Shall Be Returned Promptly Upon Execution of the Contract With the Successful Bidder. This project has a 5% DBE participation requirement; we also encourage W-MBE participation. *The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
