The work includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Structural repair and architectural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection improvements to the Centertown Parking Garage, a seven-level concrete structure. Sealed bids are requested for Centertown Parking Garage Improvements, Phase 2. Each bid must include a deposit of five percent (5%) of the total gross sum bid, submitted in the form of a bid bond.
