Sealed bids are requested for the Elementary Schools 2026 Renovations - Electrical Work. Bids must be submitted in duplicate. Bid documents and forms can be examined at several specified builders exchanges and online portals. Bid documents are also available electronically and may be obtained through a designated web portal, which will maintain an updated plan holders list and provide official notifications, addenda, and other relevant information. Bidders are responsible for using the official web portal for all documentation. The Owner, Construction Manager, Architect/Engineer, and the document distributor are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources. Refunds for printed sets will be made by Dataflow directly to the credit card provided by the bidder. Refunds for payment of one (1) copy of the printed sets will be made to those submitting bids on the forms furnished, if the printed set is returned in good condition to Dataflow within 30 days from the award of the contract or rejection of bids. Any non-bidder may be refunded their deposit only upon returning printed set PRIOR to bid opening. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on March 31, 2026.
