**As of April 27th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Youngblood Paving at a price of $36,860.46.** Work under Contract 2026-02 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the installation of a concrete headwall, storm sewer inlet, paving restoration, and 140 feet of 18 storm sewer pipe. The project is located in Greenville Borough, Mercer County. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days. No bidder may withdraw its bid for sixty (60) days after the Bid Due Date, unless the contract award is delayed by a required approval of another government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open to acceptance and shall be irrevocable for a period of sixty (60) after the Bid Due Date. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
