**As of April 8th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Siegel Excavating for $162,000.** Work under Contract 2026-03 covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the demolition of 200 and 202 Main Street, plus the lot restoration of these lots and 204 Main Street lot. The project is located in Greenville Borough, Mercer County. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Each contractor is required to meet the requirements of Public Works Employment Verification Act, Act 127 of 2012. Question Deadline 04/01/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
