Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** Sealed bids will be received for the Frost Elementary School Parking Lot Expansion, Bid Number 2026-06. The work will be bid as a single overall contract (one lump sum for all trades). Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form, enclosed in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name, address, and project name or bid number noted on the outside. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the East Brunswick Board of Education in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, not exceeding $20,000. Bidders must be prequalified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction in one of the following categories: (C008) General Construction, (C009) General Construction/Alterations & Additions, (C054) Site Work, or (C059) Road Construction and Paving. Specialty trade subcontractors must also be prequalified and have a valid classification effective as of the date of the bid opening. Bidding shall conform to all applicable requirements of the Public School Contracts Law and other relevant regulations.
