The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids for construction of the Division of Water's Youngs Drive Area Water Line Improvements, CIP 690236-100155 the work for which consists of replacing approximately 10,600 linear feet of 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch water mains, as well as the replacement of privately owned lead and galvanized water service lines, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Question Deadline 03/20/2026 at 3:00 PM ET All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted online as an addendum. Notice of published addenda will be posted online and all addenda will be posted online. This project will be funded with financial assistance from the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account (WSRLA) program in association with the Ohio and U.S. Environmental Protection Agencies and does include WSRLA Program specific requirements. The OEPA Diversity Goal is 5.4%.
