As of April 08, 2026, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees is requesting statements of qualifications along with competitive, sealed proposals from firms to provide design-build services for the Northwest Library Branch Cooling Tower and Boiler Replacement Project. Statements of qualifications and proposals are to be submitted in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 153.693(A)(2). A Combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals can be obtained by written request to the specified contacts. Qualifications and Proposals will be accepted until the stated deadline. Deadline for Questions March 31, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. noon All questions concerning this RFQ/RFP shall be directed in writing via email to Monica Baughman, Director of Support Services, at mbaughman@worthingtonlibraries.org with a copy to Craig Foster at craig@energility.com by the date and time identified in the anticipated procurement schedule. Board approval of "Best Value" Proposal (anticipated) April 21, 2026 The construction budget is $220,000 with a $10,000 contingency.
