Provide and install ATLAS Grand Peak series Greenhouse Structure. Facility will be 30 feet wide by 108 feet long with 10 foot tall sidewalls. Facility will be side ventilated with 4 @ 30" Quietire GCS slant wall exhaust fans and 1 @ 4 foot by 65 foot stainless steel Quietaire Evaporative cooling system with trough, plate, and 6" thick pad. There will also be a 4 foot by 65 foot automatic wall vent behind the evaporative cooling system. Greenhouse will have 2 @ 150,000 btu gas heaters. System will also include 4 @ horizontal air flow fans, automatic temperature controls, hanging basket rails, shade cloth, retractable shade system, and emergency lighting/exit signs/ fire extinguisher. The irrigation system shall inlude misters, fertilizer injectors, a controller, and galvanized steel solenoid manifolds for each system.
