The City of Englewood's objective is to hire the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, pre-qualified with CDOT, to provide all labor, materials, traffic control, and equipment necessary to construct the Old Hampden Complete Streets and other improvements as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications included as part of this Invitation to Bid. Question Deadline 04/21/2026 at 2:05 PM MT Last date and time for submitting questions regarding the bid. Work includes asphalt milling, asphalt paving, concrete removal, sidewalk installation, ramp installation, installation of street furnishings and landscaping. Work also includes installation of permanent stormwater quality planters, erosion control, traffic control and installation of traffic infrastructure. This project is funded, in part, with Federal Funds and will involve oversight and coordination with both the City of Englewood and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
