Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Dripping Springs, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The new elementary school will enclose approximately 91,200 square feet of space. Previously we had requested budgets on 11/13/25 based on an 84,700gsf Schematic floor plan. This floor plan has been revised, adding classrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors, shifting areas around to make the main entrance towards the East, moving the Admin Suite to the 2nd floor and the gym and cafeteria areas have been swapped since last budget. The building is still a 2 level building with a building retaining wall on the 1st floor. I am sending this out only to specific contractors to include only those familiar with this project. We are hoping to provide LTISD with a solid schematic estimate to take to their board for approval to move forward with full design of this elementary school. Building will be tilt-wall construction with form liner. As such, structure will be modified to account for a tilt wall building. As with the last, most recent Schematic budget, building will have flat roofs. HVAC system is still based on an RTU system as per the last HVAC narrative, but to account for the added SF.
