This estimated quantity contract is for the supply and delivery of double-coated glass beads to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, Nova Scotia Public Works, the Halifax Regional Municipality, the City of Saint John, the City of Fredericton, the City of Moncton, and the Village of Dieppe. The contract is in effect from the date of award until March 31, 2027, with an option to extend for one additional year if mutually agreed upon. Bidders must bid on all items to be considered; partial bids will not be accepted. Bids must include a certificate attesting that the materials supplied comply with the requirements of the specifications, with specific mention that the adhesive coating is silane-based and complies with heavy metal content limitations. Bidders may be required to provide samples and references. Submissions are accepted electronically through specified channels, must be properly signed, legible, include the correct tender number, and be quoted in Canadian dollars excluding sales tax.
