LOGRHYTHM SERVER REPLACEMENT Sealed bids will be received either electronically or at the office of the Purchasing Division for LogRhythm Server Replacement. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Only a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check is allowed as bid security, and electronic submissions require copies of both the front and back of the check or bid bond. Bids must be signed in accordance with LRS Title 38:2212(B)5, with a Corporate Resolution or Certificate of Authority authorizing the signer submitted with the bid. Failure to submit proper authorization may lead to rejection. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the Lafayette Consolidated Government for five percent (5%) of the base bid plus additive alternates. Bid bonds must be from approved or qualified insurers licensed in Louisiana. The certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond is a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract within ten days if awarded. No bid withdrawals are allowed for at least forty-five days after bid opening. Bids should be submitted on the provided quotation form. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in compliance with bid documents. The Lafayette Consolidated Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) is strongly encouraged, and contractors are encouraged to utilize DBEs for sub-contracting materials, supplies, services, and labor where available.
